When we received an invitation from The Luton Irish Forum to come along for a chat, we knew we were in for a good time. But nothing could have prepared us for the incredible welcome we received! From the moment we stepped through the doors, the warmth, laughter, and community spirit were truly heartwarming – and let’s not forget the endless cups of tea and delicious cake that kept us going!
Kieran was delighted to have the opportunity to speak to such a wonderful group about the many ways Osteopathy can improve overall health and wellbeing. He covered a range of topics, from muscle imbalance and how to stay healthy, to the crucial role of the Psoas muscle in back pain. His talk sparked plenty of interest and discussion, with attendees eager to learn how they could apply this knowledge to their own lives.
“It was a genuine honour to come along today and speak to the forum and hopefully impart some knowledge and help everyone on their journey – plus, the tea and cake were great!”
The Luton Irish Forum is a truly special place, bringing people together with a shared sense of community, culture, and care for one another. Their hospitality was second to none, and we couldn’t have felt more at home. The conversation flowed as freely as the tea, and the sense of camaraderie was undeniable.
We are always here to help, and we look forward to visiting again soon. A massive thank you to everyone at the Forum for making us feel so welcome – we can’t wait to see you all again!
