Night Fever Stretch

Instructions for performing exercise correctly

1. Lay on your back with both knees bent. Kick one leg up to the ceiling.

2. Swing the leg across your body and using your opposite hand brace the knee

3. Let the free arm fall out to the side aboe your head. Relax and hold the strecth for 20 seconds. Repeat this 5 times.

4. For a more intense stretch slowly straighten the hanging leg. Hold this for 20 seconds. Repeat this 5 times.
