Instructions for performing exercise correctly
1. Seperate 1st and 2nd fingers from 3rd and 4th fingers.
2. Place your hand so your ear goes between the seprate fingers.
3. Slowly lower your arm, pulling your head to one side.
4. Slowly rotate your head to your armpit, slowly.
