Instructions for performing exercise correctly
1. Take a large step away from desk/table.
2. Place the lace aspect of your foot on the desk/table behind you.
3. With the same arm as the elevated leg, lean backwards and place hand on desk/table.
4. Gently add your weight to the arm.
5. For a more intense stretch, place the other hand on the table and hold for 20 seconds.
