Instructions for performing exercise correctly

1. Lean forward letting your arms dangle (relaxed)

2. Place your fingers on your legs, begin to squat and then count to 10.

3. On the count of 9, take a deep breath in and breath out slowly (counting to 10. straighten your legs and lower your body to the floor.

4. Repeat exercise 3 times, lowering the body further each time.
