Instructions for performing exercise correctly

1. Lay on your back, move your leg to the edge of the bed/bench. Bend the other knee.

2. Hang your leg off the edge (relax),

3. Straighten the other leg so it is flat on the bed/bench.

4. If the back becomes sore, bend th straight leg then pull the leg into your chest and hold.
